Table salads and home-baked breads/focaccia are provided.

Starters - choice of 1

Calamari - pan-fried with olives, garlic, anchovies and white wine
Chicken Livers - mild peri peri
Fresh Mussels in tomato, white wine, garlic and parsley
Carpaccio - thinly sliced cured beef drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice
Butternut Soup or Vegetable Minestrone
Prawn Cocktail. Medium prawns served in a tangy island dressing on a bed of lettuce, topped with avocado

Main Course - choice of 3

Fish: Line Fish with lemon butter
Beef: Fillet with mushroom or pepper sauce
Lamb: Slow-roasted lamb shank
Braised Oxtail : slow cooked in garlic, red wine and butter beans
Poultry: Chicken Parmigiano - grilled chicken breast topped with spinach, tomato, mozzarella and parmesan baked in oven

Pan-fried Chicken Breast prepared with artichokes, capers, mushrooms and white wine
Vegetarian: Pasta Verdure - homemade pasta with julienne vegetables in a Napolitano based sauce - with parmesan cheese
All main meals served with two seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
